Innovative hotel formats for tourists traveling with pets

The article focuses on the issues of organizing hotel services for tourists who have pets with them while travelling. Lots of potential tourists have to refuse travelling because they have nobody to leave their pets with during their trip, thus developing patterns of shared accommodation of tourists with their pets becomes an increasing demand. The purpose of the paper is to determine the fundamental principles and in-novative formats for accommodating tourists with pets in hotels. The article identifies the ways of how joint or separate accommodation of tourists with their pets can be organized in various hotels. The paper is based on the international and domestic experience and provides the analysis of how similar services are implemented in other countries. A classification of shared accommodation formats is proposed, as well as a model of a service set for the tourists travelling with their pets according to their needs.
